Payment MODES

All items are priced in Singapore dollars (SGD). Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayNow, cash and cheques for all purchases and payments made, for both in store and online. Please note that we require full payment of goods to reach us prior to delivery.

We require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 25% of an item’s selling price to be placed with us before it can be reserved or put “on hold”. The item will be re-listed for sale if payment for the balance amount is not received by us within 5 working days.

DELIVERY and shipping

WITHIN SINGAPORE
Delivery of all items can be arranged by us with one of our transport partners at competitive rates. Actual delivery charges will be quoted upfront to you and will vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) involved, distance, as well as other factors e.g. lift access, stairs. We will absorb delivery charges for purchases amounting to SGD3,000 or more. Alternatively, customers can also choose to arrange their own pick-up at our showroom. We always endeavour to schedule your delivery within a reasonable amount of time after your purchase. We recycle whenever possible, so some items will be wrapped with pre-used packaging materials.

Customers are required to ensure that access to the delivery destination is provided for at the specified date and time of delivery from the respective managing agents and security personnel of their residential compounds. A failed delivery attempt due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer e.g. incorrect address provided, inaccessible compound or unit, recipient not present will result in re-delivery charges.

Our PRODUCTS

Returns and exchANGES

All sales are final. It is expected that vintage items, including restored or refinished pieces, will display some age-related wear and tear, in varying forms and degrees. All items in our store are sold as-is. As such, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges or warranties for any item purchased from our store.

We do our best to represent each item as clearly and accurately as possible with photos and descriptions and will be more than happy to provide you with as much information as possible before your purchase. Product descriptions and attributions have been provided in good faith and based on various sources, including item labels, documentary evidence, as well as information obtained from third parties including vintage dealers, auction houses and suppliers. We strongly encourage our customers to drop by our showroom to have an actual look and feel of the specific pieces they are interested in before committing to a purchase.


OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items purchased from our store will need to be collected or delivered within four weeks from the date of purchase i.e. date of invoice. Storage fees are applicable at 10% of item value per month on items that remain uncollected or undelivered beyond the four-week period. Additional charges relating to unloading and loading of items may also apply. Items that remain uncollected or undelivered after six months from the date of purchase will be re-listed for sale and all payment made for the items will be forfeited to cover re-stocking, and storage fees. Customers are to ensure that collection or delivery is arranged within the stipulated timelines to avoid any fees. Note that storage fees will be automatically applied without any prior notice(s) or reminder(s).

Special requests to store purchased items beyond the four-week period will need to be agreed with us at the point of purchase, with the term of the extended storage period, if any, to be stated on the invoice.


All customer records, emails and payment details are strictly private and confidential. Details are stored securely in our database and never shared externally to any third party individuals or organisations. We do not store any of our customers’ credit card details.
